At 10 Corso Como in Milan, HUI Milano transformed fashion into ritual. For Spring/Summer 2026, designer Huizhou Zhao unveiled “The Song of Silver”—a multi-sensory performance that paid tribute to China’s cultural heritage while speaking a modern design language.
Inspired by the intricate silver jewelry of the Miao ethnic minority, the collection shimmered with symbolism and craft. Layered skirts, wide belts, and silver-thread embroidery echoed ceremonial attire, reinterpreted with the fluidity and lightness of contemporary dressing.
Zhao’s vision balanced heritage and modernity, creating garments that carried both memory and movement.
