Hello my "Walk-ins"
At the end of August takes place the most important Fashion rendez-vous in Montreal: The Fashion and Design Festival. Montreal Fashion enthusiasts can appreciate the new collections of important Canadian companies like Le Chateau, La Vie en Rose or Ardene but also have the opportunity to discover the emergent designers of the city. Not only through the runways shows but also in the pop-up shops around the site. The conferences are also a big and awesome part of the FMD because you can hear inspirational stories from people making a name for themselves in the industry. This year I had the pleasure to attend the Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist) conference and it was really amazing to see, hear and talk to one of the most influential people on Street Style. August is very hot and humid here in Montreal so it was quite a challenge to find what to wear to attend these events. I opted for a fresh and chic jumpsuit from California Moonrise to stay elegant but to be able to survive the heat. Here some images of my look. Hope you like it! ;)

A finales de Agosto se lleva a cabo el evento de moda mas importante de la ciudad de Montreal: El Festival de Moda y Diseño. Los amantes de la moda podemos observar durante una semana las nuevas colecciones de algunas compañías importantes de moda Canadiense como Le Chateau, La Vie en Rose o Ardene y al mismo tiempo podemos descubrir las nuevas caras de la industria. No solamente a través de los desfiles sino de las tiendas efímeras que se encuentran en el sitio del Festival. Este año tuve el placer de asistir a la conferencia de Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist). Fue una experiencia muy agradable el poder ver, escuchar y hablar con una de las figuras mas influyentes del Street Style. Agosto es un mes muy caliente y húmedo aquí en Montreal así que siempre es difícil poder encontrar que vestir para asistir a este tipo de eventos. Esta vez opté por un fresco, confortable pero muy chic jumpsuit de la marca California Moonrise con el que pude lucir elegante y al mismo tiempo sobrevivir el calor.
